Week 1 · In the room

In person, inside a host company. Opens with a tour led by their person, then the host or a guest leader teaches.

Week 3 · Online

A live session of 60 to 75 minutes. What happened in the room becomes a skill with steps.

Before the next month

An assignment written in the Hub, reviewed and accepted before the next module opens.

Name the one goal you are working toward and record where you start.
Month 2

A matching evening with senior leaders. You leave with a Legacy Partner.
Month 3
Access to Companies, and How to Get In
How a decision moves inside a company and how a vendor, partner or hire gets in.
Month 4
Selling Yourself or Your Business in Real Time
Present your case to a panel of real decision makers.
Month 5
Leadership Skills in Action
Run a real session inside a host company, with written feedback.
Month 6
Proof It Worked
Show what changed since month one, measured against your own goal.

Every participant is matched in month 2 with a WIN Legacy Partner: a woman who has learned, grown, overcome challenges, and achieved something meaningful, and now intentionally uses that experience to help another woman rise.

She is not simply giving advice. She is passing forward her experience, opening doors, building confidence, and helping another woman become the next version of herself.
