Our Story

The Woman Impact Network is born from the desire to create a supportive and inclusive environment for women entrepreneurs in the Bay Area. With 15 local chapters set to launch, we believe every woman deserves a platform to share her voice and grow her business.

At the Woman Impact Network, our mission is to empower women entrepreneurs across the Bay Area by fostering a collaborative community where ideas flourish, connections are made, and achievements are celebrated. We strive to provide accessible networking opportunities and resources that inspire growth, innovation, and success for women in business.

She translates relational intelligence into a practical leadership structure that strengthens accountability, alignment, and momentum.

Her work integrates connection with performance, offering a distinct approach to leadership development that elevates both people and results.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications and brings a strong foundation in technology, communications, media, and design. Carmen is deeply passionate about business, creativity, and women’s empowerment, which naturally led her to become an active advocate and supporter of women in entrepreneurship.

As an avid cheerleader for women, Carmen is committed to creating spaces where women feel supported, inspired, and equipped to grow their businesses. Through her role in the Women Impact Network, she strives to foster meaningful connections and provide valuable resources that help women confidently navigate their entrepreneurial journeys.

Hi I am Stacie Ysidro. I help couples create their relationship by design, not default. As a Certified Sex Coach, acknowledged by the World Association of Sex Coaches, I originally began with business, leadership, and life coaching. Formerly being a cosmetologist and salon professional led me to the iPec Energy Leadership coaching modality.

In 2010 I officially transitioned to solopreneurship founding Holistic Progressions. Embracing my enthusiasm for sexuality, spirituality and relationships I defined my niche as a Sex Coach. I continued my education, personal exploration and working with clients achieving a certification in Sex Coaching from WAS becoming a Certified Erotic Blueprint Lead Coach, Tantra Practitioner, Speaker and Accelerated Evolution graduate. In 2021 I co-founded St Pete Retreat with my husband in St Petersburg, Fl. Offering couples retreats, intimacy events, sex coaching online and in person. Tantra classes and private sessions. I have found my most popular offering is the couples retreats and vip in person couples coaching experiences.

One of my sayings is if it’s out of your box it’s probably in mine. Demonstrating my openess, curiosity and expertise. Alternative lifestyles, CNM, ENM, kink, quantum results, communication and actual how to’s are some of my specialties. Business, networking and connecting with others interest me and in 2021 I became a co-host of a women’s business networking group that meets monthly in St Petersburg FL.
